At the entrance to the Rhuys Peninsula, in Surzur, located halfway between Sarzeau and Vannes, independent house, in an 18th century property of 4 completely renovated houses, in the middle of a park of 4.5 hectares of trees with fish pond and heated swimming pool (in season).

A sauna is also available upon reservation (additional charge).

The house is ready to accommodate 2 people, with a living room on the ground floor and a bedroom, mezzanine, bathroom and separate WC on the 1st floor.

A 3rd person can be accommodated with a single bed on the mezzanine.

Free WiFi (fiber) and workspace.

Sheets and towels are provided as well as the products necessary at the start of your stay.

Cot and baby equipment available at no extra charge.

Garden table and chairs, barbecue, etc. are at your disposal on the private terrace.

You can walk around the property and enjoy the wooded park and the pond: bowling alley, boats, small sandy beach.

Access to heated SWIMMING POOL (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.); SAUNA (extra charge).

Hiking or cycling trails are accessible from the property; we can offer you bike rental in partnership with Ewen (Sarzeau).

To allow you to fully enjoy your stay, we can take care of end-of-stay cleaning: €60.

Animals are accepted on the ground floor. Animal supplement of 10€.
